Overview

The Palabra billing system operates on a credit-based model. Credits are charged per minute of usage, with rates varying by product type and subscription tier. Higher-tier plans unlock lower per-minute rates, giving you better value at scale.

Core Concepts

  • Credits: The billing unit. Usage is rounded up to the nearest minute before charging.
  • Products: Five product types, each with independent credit-per-minute rates — Desktop, Event, Broadcast, API, and Captions.
  • Concurrent Sessions: Maximum number of simultaneous translation sessions. All plans support up to 50 concurrent sessions.
  • Output Languages: Maximum output languages per session. All plans support up to 50 output languages.
  • Voice Clones: Instant voice clone slots. All plans include 10 voice clone slots.
  • Monthly Reload: Recurring plans automatically refresh credits each billing cycle.
